To show staves that have been hidden using the Hide Empty Staves command:

To show empty staves

1. Click the Staff tool  . The Staff menu appears. A dashed blue line appears wherever hidden empty staves exist in your score. (Be sure you are viewing the score in Page View).
2. Select the handle on the left edge of the dashed blue line.
3. Choose Staff > Show Empty Staves. Or, right-click the handle and choose which staves you would like to show from the context menu.
