This example assumes that you have programmed a Chord Symbol Metatool (see above).

To enter a chord using a Metatool

  1. Click the Chord tool  image\Chord_Tool.gif.
  2. While pressing the number or letter key corresponding to the desired Metatool, click a note, rest, or beat. The chord symbol appears. Using this method, you can rapidly click fully-formed chord symbols into your score.
