The intended performance of notated music often depends on the genre and style. For example, you wouldn’t expect a jazz piece to be performed the same way as a classical sonata. For this reason, you can tell PrintMusic how you want your piece performed using the Human Playback feature. With Human Playback enabled, PrintMusic scans the score and performs the music, along with many of the markings you’ve added, according to the style you’ve chosen. To choose a Human Playback style, from the MIDI Menu, choose Human Playback, and then select the desired style. To see a list of markings Human Playback interprets, see Human Playback Dictionary.
