Choose this command to split your performance onto two staves. Finale notates your performance onto the staff you click and the staff below it. The notes are split into the two staves according to the note you specify in the Fixed Split Point dialog box.
When this option is selected, Finale records from the channel set in the HyperScribe Options dialog box, then notates the music onto the staff you clicked (and the staff below it) for recording. (Or, if you click the Playback Controls' Record button, Finale records into the staff specified in the ScoreManager - and splits the notes into the staff directly below it.)
