MIDI/Audio Menu Toolbar

The MIDI/Audio Menu Toolbar contains buttons that duplicate certain commands on the MIDI/Audio Menu. Click the Window Menu and choose Menu Toolbars, then MIDI/Audio Menu Toolbar to display or hide the palette.
